OMEN by HP 2017

It's been a thrilling year as we've aggressively worked to increase brand awareness for OMEN among eSports enthusiasts and capitalize on our connection with Overwatch. In addition, this is my first time serving as the design lead for a complete product line.

Role: Design Lead

The year of Overwatch

The objective is to launch products that are officially sponsored by the Overwatch World Cup and to celebrate and involve the ever-expanding eSports community. Emphasize the emotional connection between Overwatch characters and OMEN products to appeal to gamers, and create an attitude that reflects OMEN's commitment and willingness to offer cutting-edge product experiences.

Reinvent Domination

Making an unambiguous user path in category pages that may effectively direct viewers to each page with a clear hierarchy is another challenge. Furthermore, establishing the expectations and keeping the player eagerly anticipating the upcoming ground-breaking OMEN release or event.

Be the game changer

Now that OMEN is an empowered brand, the company's long-term objective is to dominate the PC gaming market by relying on gamers' recognition and aggressively developing new products. Meanwhile, It's important to take a step back and consider how OMEN might support HP in this category from a wider branding perspective.
